Privacy policy

This site has three forms, and everything you put in them goes to the same place: the office in Kent.

• The short apply form (/apply): your name and phone number, your email if you give one, the seat you want and your home-time preference.
• The full DOT application (/apply/full): your contact details, CDL class and number, years of experience, where you’re based, your previous employer, when you can start, the runs you want, accidents and violations in the last three years, anything you add in the comments, and any documents you attach (CDL, medical card, driving record). As soon as you finish the first step, we save your name, phone and email, so dispatch can call you even if you don’t finish the rest.
• The freight rate request (/ship): pickup and delivery, trailer type, ready date, notes, and your name, phone and email.

Each submission is saved to our database, where the office reads it, and can also be forwarded to the office inbox by email. Documents you attach travel with that email.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: cookieless, anonymous page and performance measurement. No advertising trackers and no cross-site tracking. The only custom events are which step a form reached and which option was picked (the seat, the home time, the trailer type, or a freight class result), never a name, a phone number, or anything else you typed.

This site sets no cookies of its own and shows no cookie banner. If you sign in to the driver portal or to LoadOff, a session cookie keeps you signed in; that happens only after you log in.

Two things are kept in your browser’s session storage, which the browser clears when the tab closes: the answers you’ve entered in the full application, so a dropped connection doesn’t wipe the form, and the campaign tags or referring site that brought you here, so we know which page or ad produces calls. Neither leaves your browser until you submit a form, the campaign tags never include anything personal, and the application draft is erased the moment the application is sent.

Every form has an invisible field that only bots fill in; those submissions are discarded. We also count submissions per IP address, and per email address or phone number, over a short window, so a script can’t flood the office with junk. That count is the only thing your IP address is used for.

One purpose: to talk with you about driving for Thind Transport, or about moving your freight. For drivers, that includes calling you back, checking the qualifications federal rules require (49 CFR Part 391), and, if you come on board, preparing your DOT driver qualification file.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

The office and dispatch in Kent. The companies that run this website for us process it on our behalf and nothing more: our hosting and database provider, and our email provider. If you’re hired, the records federal regulation requires are kept in your driver qualification file.

As long as we need it to talk with you, and, once you’re hired, as long as federal record-keeping rules require. Ask and we’ll delete it sooner, unless the law says we must keep it.
